A £250 deposit is required to confirm a booking and this will be returned after your stay once we have checked that the house has been left clean and as you found it on arrival. The total balance will be due six weeks before your stay. | | - Arrival. You are requested not to arrive before 4pm. Please let us know if you anticipate being later than 6pm. On the day of departure please leave by 10am. For weekends and short breaks we can be flexible about departure times if no one is arriving.
| - Children. There is a cot and a high chair. Plastic under sheets are available please use them in case of accidents. Wet mattresses will be charged at replacement cost.
| - Dogs. Although this is a wonderful place to bring dogs and they are very welcome, please take care. There is a charge of £15 per dog per stay (this is not a cleaning charge). Please never leave them inside or outside alone.
| - Sanitation: Kitchen and bathrooms. March house has a septic tank so please be very careful about waste products and no bleach please.
| - Electricity and central heating. The electricity is included in the cost so please turn off lights when you go out. The central heating / hot water is on a timer. If you would like to have the hot water on for longer please let us know, there will be a charge on departure.
| - Cleaning the house on departure. Included in the rental you have paid an allowance for changeover cleaning and inventory checking. PLease leave everything as clean and tidy as on arrival.
